HI,
I tried to boot in recovery mode my htc inspire 4g, it shows RED Triangle mark. Moreover i tired with ROM Manager it shows Privileged Command error.
I wanna to use Custom ROM for AT&T HTC Inspire 4G with update 2.3.5 & Sense 3.5
Any one can help to sort out this issue?

I will assume you rooted your phone?
If not, you need to root your phone before you can install ROM's.
Also I will assume you did a Nandroid Backup.
So you will want to boot back into recovery and flash that backup.
Or you want to boot back into recovery and clear your cache's
And re-try flashing the ROM again.
