Depends on the unit. Sometimes you can change the memory in and out as well as upgrade it.
However if the memory has been solder too the circuit board you are pretty much SOL
Best thing to do is search on the net if it can be replaced or not for your model, if you can't find anything maybe try calling Samsung directly and see if they can tell you for sure.
