i want to buy an android phone .i have found www.lowerpricebuy.com and some other foreign website sell it with good price. i have never bought anything from foreign website. does anyone even do it?

I don't think it is a good idea for you to buy phone on this website. Why don't you try to buy phones on Amazon,Walmart or Bestbuy.
All of them offer a high quality phone to you. And sometimes, they still offer some special deals on smartphone.
