Ok, there have been many views but no reply so I guess I need to clarify.
I want to share a picture with my friend from my Twitter to my friend's account on Facebook using Android apps for both. But I want only him to see it, just like a personal message on Facebook.

I think it would not be possible to send a message from facebook to twitter the alternative is you can send a message through your gmail or yahoo profile.
