This phone is about to go thru a wall, i have spoken to hebejebe LG reps 3x and they are no help, I'm trying to update it to the newest software version (its suppose to fix some minor bugs) but for the love of God i cannot get it to cooperate, i've done everything the reps, website and youtube videos have said to do but it's still not wanting to update and i don't know why :'( i"m beyond frustrated, been working on this for 3 days now with no success, anyone with advice?? (LG Esteem)
