I want to buy a android phone.What is the best android phone?please help me.

Best is fairly relative. There are a LOT of good phones

HTC One X and XL are their top their devices
Samsung Galaxy S 3 is incredible
The fastest stock phone is the Galaxy Nexus with Jelly Bean. Though the One X and S3 with alpha jb builds are faster.

Yep, the Samsung would be your best bet. HTC phones are very good, but their customer service is woeful. I'd definitely never buy another of their phones.
